The legal bases for processing are identified as follows:

Data retention period
- Browsing logs are retained for a maximum period of one year.
- The contact details relating to the "contact us" form are kept for the time necessary to manage the requests received.
- Log data relating to analysts' activities on financial data managed within the ESN portal are retained for at least 5 years for the purposes of verifying and auditing financial activities.
