ESN North America, Inc. is a FINRA registered broker dealer created in 2004. ESN North America, Inc is majority owned subsidiary of CM-CIC Securities. It has been created by three of the founders of ESN LLP in Europe: CM-CIC Securites, S.A. (51%), Banca Akros S.p.A. (39%) and Caja Madrid Bolsa S.V.B. (10%).
It services clients across the US as well as Canada in all of the major Western European markets through the use the ESN Research product. ESN North America, Inc. also executes equity orders on the US markets for its vast European client base. ESN North America, Inc offers Pan European research sales and trading capacity (with direct market trading in the United States as well as the European markets) and the organization of analyst and corporate roadshows (both abroad and in the US).
